There is a well-known saying “better late than never” I’m afraid that this is the case with this report, due to illness I couldn’t personally attend but my very good friend W.Bro. Rev. Robert Murphy stood in for me as acting Secretary. The meeting was opened on time at 6pm, and following the confirmation of the minutes, along with several other house keeping items W.Bro. Giles Berkeley PGJD our Dep Provincial Grand Master entered accompanied by several Grand Officers and Acting Provincial Officers. He was welcomed by the W.M. on behalf of everyone present. | |

The WM elect Bro. Alan Brocking was presented by W.Bro. Tim Burns acting D.C. and once all below the rank of an Installed Master retired the W.M. opened a duly constituted Board of Installed Masters. Bro. Alan Francis Brocking was then duly Installed into the Chair of Adoniram by Bro. David Benson the outgoing W.M. assisted by W.Bro. Peter Burrows and other Past Masters of the Lodge. | |

W.Bro. Stuart Boyd PPrGSW presented the Keystone Jewel and gave the address to the newly Installed W.M. Address to the Wardens was given by W.Bro. Rev. Robert Murphy, Address to the Overseers was given by W.Bro. Peter Harding and of course the Address to everyone present was given by our own Dep PGM W.Bro. Giles Berkley PGJD. |

The Working Tools were presented and explained by W.Bro. Peter Burrows a visiting Brother from Eccles Mark Lodge. The W.M. then appointed and Invested all the Officers for the ensuing year. | |
There were no Propositions of Notices of Motion. A collection was taken for the Mark Charities. | |

On the First Time of Rising, the Secretary advised that there were no communications from Grand Mark Lodge. The Deputy Provincial Grand Master W.Bro. Giles Berkeley then retired from the meeting accompanied by Acting Grand and Provincial Grand officers. There were no communications from Provincial Grand Lodge or of a General nature. |
